Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy CisCom Solutions LLC ("CisCom") provides this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect & How We Use It

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the website. On some pages, you can make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Name
Address
Email address
Phone number

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that request for information. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that process.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the applicable registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information such as that collected by Google Analytics' Demographics and Interest Reporting to better design our website but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

We also use third party services (such as AdRoll and Facebook) for the purpose of target advertising. This can include the placement of cookies (pieces of information that a web site transfers to your computer’s hard disk for record keeping purposes) by CisCom or their third party service providers. This can be used to collect data and use that data for the not limited to but included following purposes:

  • CisCom website activity: This is data about your browsing activity on the CisCom's website. For example, which pages you visited and when.
  • Device and browser information: This is technical information about the device or browser you use to access the CisCom's website. For example, your device's IP address, cookie string data and (in the case of mobile devices) your device type and mobile device's unique identifier such as the Apple IDFA or Android Advertising ID.
  • Ad data: This is data about the online ads that have been served (or attempted to be served) to you. It includes things like how many times an ad has been served to you, what page the ad appeared on, and whether you clicked on or otherwise interacted with the ad.
  • For a complete description of how AdRoll collects and uses your information, you can visit their privacy policy.
  • For a complete description of how Facebook collects and uses your information, you can visit their privacy policy.

We and our service providers may also use so-called “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs” or similar means (collectively, “Pixel Tags”) in connection with some Site pages and HTML-formatted e-mail messages to, among other things, compile aggregate statistics about Site usage and response rates. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1×1), that is ordinarily not visible to Site visitors and may be associated with Cookies on the visitors’ hard drives. Pixel Tags allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of the Site, to deliver branded services, to serve ads, and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in HTML-formatted e-mail messages, Pixel Tags can tell the sender whether and when the e-mail has been opened.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. For example, you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking here. If you prefer that we not share Non-PII with partners, including third parties (such as AdRoll) that use tracking technologies to deliver targeted display advertising based on such information, please visit the NAI Consumer Opt Out page or the DAA Self-Regulatory Program page to educate yourself and execute your right to choose.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can inquire about all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by contacting us. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
