LiquidHouse Technology Solutions ("LiquidHouse"), an
associate computer networking company. This merger affords greater
asset diversity and increased financial strength for CisCom and its
investors. CisCom will realize a 50% increase in client base. The terms
of the merger were not disclosed. The company name will remain as "CisCom
Solutions, LLC".

Scott Walters, President of
LiquidHouse, will acquire an ownership percentage and be retained as
the Director of IT Support. Mr. Walters will be a key player in
resource deployment, client retention, and technical support.
CisCom
offers a multitude of technical solutions for small and medium-sized
businesses, including network installation, technical support, managed
services, and Microsoft Server & Software Solutions. CisCom was one
of the first local companies to connect remote offices and provide VoIP
telephone systems to save companies money. Founded in 1996, the
Louisville-based company is privately held.
