- And most importantly, caring about our clients. We do the job right because we care. Our customers are not disposable. We cultivate lasting and personal relationships so that we can fully understand our clients' needs.
We keep our costs low by:
- Cultivating partnerships with distributors to obtain equipment, software and services at below retail rates.
- Eliminating unnecessary overhead. We don't have a large stuffy conference room. We just don't need one.
- Working efficiently as a team. Our small company size and good use of technology allows us to be in close contact and continuously share valuable information.
We maintain quality personnel by:
- Treating our people well. We cannot provide the lavish benefits of a large corporation. Our employees, however, are able to make a good living and make meaningful contributions to the company's growth. We each know that our performance truly matters in the overall success and direction of the company.
- Being progressive. We know that employees have lives outside of business. We work to be flexible with work hours and work locations. We believe that home offices make sense for business, family, and environmental reasons.
- Doing the right thing. We focus on being environmentally responsible in the way we expend energy. While we do not have ISO Green Certification, we do place emphasis of conserving paper, gas, and energy. We now are offering paperless billing. Additionally, we do many transactions electronically to save paper and avoid the pollution associated with hardcopy document delivery.
